Key Responsibilities
Perform quality control testing of Mesenchymal Stromal/Stem Cells (MSCs), exosomes, and associated biological products.Execute and document assays including flow cytometry, cell viability, sterility, endotoxin, mycoplasma, ELISA, qPCR, and cell-based potency assays.Prepare and review SOPs, protocols, test records, and QC documentation in compliance with GMP and GLP requirements.Support analytical method qualification, validation, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.Ensure data integrity, laboratory compliance, equipment qualification, and regulatory readiness.Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, and R&D teams to support product development and release activities.
Qualifications & Eligibility
M.Sc./M.Tech. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or related disciplines with 2+ years of hands-on QC experience, preferably in cell therapy, biologics, or GMP environments. OR
Fresh Ph.D. graduates in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Cell Biology, Immunology, Regenerative Medicine, or related fields with strong laboratory expertise and a passion for translational research.
