About the Role

As a Quality Analyst – Review Proctoring (Team Lead / Supervisor), you will oversee proctors and image reviewers, ensure operational accuracy, maintain compliance with academic integrity guidelines, and support performance improvement across the review workflow. You will handle escalations, monitor team responsiveness, and prepare performance reports for internal operations leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day operations of proctors and image review teams.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and structured performance feedback.
• Manage escalations related to technical issues, misconduct reviews, or review-based concerns.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as accuracy, attendance, responsiveness, and turnaround times.
• Prepare quality and performance reports for internal operations leadership.
• Coordinate with operations teams on staffing requirements and workflow adjustments.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing skill development of reviewers and proctors.
• Ensure adherence to academic integrity standards, confidentiality guidelines, and data protection requirements.
• Support continuous improvement across review and proctoring operations.
Note: Responsibilities may evolve depending on business needs.

Job Requirements:
• Education: Graduate (any discipline).
• Experience: 3–5 years of supervisory experience in BPO, customer service, education support, or proctoring operations.
• Strong leadership, team management, and escalation-handling skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Experience working in compliance-driven environments or EdTech/SaaS support (preferred).
• Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data and recommend corrective actions.
• Ability to operate effectively in a WFO environment.
