Job Title: QA Trainee (Fresher)
Location: Jaipur (In-office)
Duration: 6 Months (Training)
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Trainee to join our Quality Assurance team. This role offers hands-on experience in software testing, exposure to real-time projects, and an opportunity to build a strong foundation in QA processes and tools.
Training & Employment Details
The training period will be 6 months, focusing on practical exposure in the QA department
A stipend of ₹5,000 per month will be provided (no deductions; take-home amount)
Upon successful completion of training and based on performance, candidates may be offered a full-time role
Post-training salary will be ₹15,000 per month for the first year
Total commitment required: 18 months (6 months training + 1 year full-time employment)
Full-time opportunity is strictly performance-based
Roles and Responsibilities
Learn and understand SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
Assist in creating, reviewing, and executing test cases based on requirements
Perform manual testing to identify bugs, errors, and improvement areas
Document and report defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
Collaborate with developers and team members to resolve issues
Learn and assist in basic automation testing under guidance
Follow company quality standards, processes, and best practices
Required Skills
Basic understanding of software testing concepts (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility
Fresher / 0 years of experience
Candidates with relevant coursework or interest in QA/Testing will be preferred
