Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive QA & Operations Associate to support our Voice AI projects. This role combines quality assurance with day-to-day operations management, ensuring high-quality project delivery while coordinating with project teams and managing operational workflows. The ideal candidate should have experience in AI data services, team management, and quality operations.

Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE)
Work Mode: Work fromOffice (Bangalore - Domlur)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Compensation: ₹5–6 LPA


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Perform quality reviews of speech annotation, transcription, and language data deliverables.
Monitor project quality metrics and ensure deliverables meet client expectations and project SLAs.
Coordinate day-to-day project operations, task allocation, and workflow management.
Manage and support a team of annotators, transcribers, and QA resources to achieve productivity and quality targets.
Track team performance, provide feedback, and assist in onboarding and training new team members.
Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and drive continuous process improvements.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Linguists, and clients to resolve operational and quality-related queries.
Ensure adherence to project guidelines, timelines, and operational processes.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree
2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Operations, AI data annotation, transcription, or Voice AI projects.
Experience working on ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition), TTS (Text-to-Speech), Speech Annotation, Transcription, or NLP projects is preferred.
Prior experience managing or coordinating teams in a production environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills

Experience in workforce planning, task allocation, and productivity tracking.
Familiarity with annotation platforms and quality review tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with a strong focus on quality and operational excellence.
