Role: Python Developer (Automation & Web Scraping)

Position Overview
We are hiring a sharp and disciplined Python Developer to build tools that power lead generation, data automation, and marketing workflows. You'll work directly with leadership to solve practical problems using code and automation.
This role is perfect for a smart, flexible, early-career developer (1–2 years of experience) who wants ownership and real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Build scraping scripts using Selenium, BeautifulSoup, or Scrapy
Automate lead flows, enrichment processes, and report generation
Integrate tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, CRMs, Google Sheets, etc. via APIs
Clean and structure data using Pandas, JSON, or Excel APIs
Monitor and troubleshoot automation pipelines
What We are Looking For
1–2 years of experience writing Python automation or web scraping scripts
Strong in REST APIs, data handling, and error handling
Good understanding of task queues, schedulers, or cron jobs
Strong logic, discipline, and debugging mindset
Proactive ownership of tasks, not waiting to be told what to do
