🔹 The Role
A front-line sales position where you own the full cycle — from lead generation to final booking — for an ultra-luxury residential project in Gurgaon's most sought-after location.
🔹 What You'll Do
· Engage and convert HNI and ultra-HNI clients through site visits, presentations, and structured follow-ups
· Generate leads via channel partners, referrals, digital inquiries, and curated events
· Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and channel partners
· Present the project with depth, confidence, and a consultative approach
· Maintain a healthy pipeline and report regularly to leadership
· Track market trends, competitor projects, and luxury pricing benchmarks
🔹 What We're Looking For
· 5-7 years of real estate sales experience — luxury or premium segment is non-negotiable
· Proven track record of closing high-value residential transactions
· Existing network of channel partners, brokers, or HNI clients
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a field-intensive role
· Solid familiarity with Gurgaon's luxury real estate market
