Property Inspection Representative

Tang + Kung Real Estate Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Inspection Representative to conduct residential and commercial property inspections throughout Metro Vancouver.

This role is ideal for retired police officers, RCMP members, military veterans, building managers, caretakers, tradespeople, fire safety professionals, or anyone with strong observational and reporting skills looking for flexible supplemental income.

Responsibilities include periodic property inspections, fire and life safety inspections, vacancy checks, property condition reporting, photo documentation, lockbox and signage installation, and assisting with Matterport and virtual tour preparation.

The successful candidate will be professional, dependable, comfortable working independently, and capable of accurately documenting property conditions using a smartphone and mobile applications.

This is a flexible, assignment-based contractor position. Compensation is paid per assignment, with work available throughout Metro Vancouver.

Requirements:

Valid BC Driver's License
Reliable vehicle
Smartphone with camera
Strong attention to detail
Professional communication skills
Ability to travel throughout Metro Vancouver
No real estate license is required. Training and inspection procedures will be provided.

Job Type: Contract / Casual

Compensation: Per assignment ($50–$200 depending on scope)

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
