Responsibilities and Duties:

Project Management
Preparing Planning & Scheduling for the project
Daily Progress monitoring and reporting to client
Budget
Forecasting project completion dates
Manpower Planning
MRN request fulfilment & Fallow up
Site Coordination
Liasaning Vendor coordination
Ensure DPR from site on the work progress
Escalations
Client Coordination
NT Items tracking / Variation statement
RA Billing
Raising Purchase requisition/ Indent
Vendor Management
Budget Preparation
Preparation of Amendment report
Preparation of Non-tender item BOQ /Variation Statements
Certify Vendor Bills
Scrutiny and Escalations Reports
Bills and measurements
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Any Graduate
Preferred : Diploma / BE in Civil Engineers / Architecture - Relevant Exp in Interior fit out commercial / Corporate.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,250,000.00 per year
