Project Manager - F&B Rollout
At the forefront of our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to spearhead the execution of interior and fit-out projects for Food & Beverage (F&B) outlets across Mumbai.
We require an individual who possesses a strong understanding of F&B outlet design, layout optimization, and functional planning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing turnkey projects from concept to handover, with expertise in project planning, budgeting, site supervision, and vendor coordination.
The responsibilities of this role include managing end-to-end execution of interior and fit-out projects, ensuring timely completion as per design, layout, and approved BOQ, and coordinating daily with architects, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
This is a dynamic role that demands adaptability, with the ability to work in rapid-paced environments, including night shifts and city-wide travel. The successful candidate will be process-driven, efficient under pressure, and capable of managing multiple fast-paced F&B rollout projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end execution of interior and fit-out projects for F&B outlets across Mumbai
• Ensure timely completion of projects as per design, layout, and approved BOQ
• Coordinate daily with architects, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Required Skillsets:
• Strong understanding of F&B outlet design, layout optimization, and functional planning
• Ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings
• Experience in fit-outs for kitchens, dining spaces, HVAC, and fire safety compliance
