Job Description

The Project Manager - Business will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. This role requires strong business acumen, an understanding of various project management methodologies, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are clearly defined and understood.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to optimize processes, enhance collaboration, and streamline project delivery.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels among project stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
• Resolve project-related issues, conflicts, and obstacles, working closely with team members and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of project management best practices, tools, and methodologies.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Excellent time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and prioritize competing demands.
