DPR Tendering Expert-
We are seeking a qualified Project Coordinator or Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of government or institutional projects, from the Preliminary Project Report (PPR) stage to commissioning and final billing. The role involves design development, coordination with authorities, preparation of reports and tenders, bid evaluation, contract administration, and supervision during construction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preliminary Project Report (PPR):
Conduct site inspection and condition assessment.
Develop at least two alternative preliminary designs for the proposed repair.
Prepare a rough cost estimate for each design.
Submit PPR to DGS for review and approval.
2. Detailed Project Report (DPR):
Upon PPR approval, prepare detailed working drawings and engineering documents.
Draft technical specifications, Schedule of Quantities (SoQ), and detailed cost estimates.
Coordinate with DGS Technical Cell for validation.
3. Tender Documentation:
Prepare comprehensive tender documents based on the DPR scope.
Include all necessary legal, technical, and financial terms for procurement.
Ensure alignment with government norms and DGS guidelines.
4. Bid Evaluation:
Scrutinize bids based on tender requirements and specifications.
Prepare comparative bid analysis reports.
Provide recommendations for contractor selection.
5. Contract Documentation Execution Support:
Assist in drafting and finalizing contract agreements with selected vendors.
Prepare certified drawing sets and contract documents for official distribution.
Address queries during contract execution.
6. Supervision Quality Control:
Ensure periodic site supervision through qualified representatives.
Monitor quality and progress to ensure alignment with approved drawings and scope.
Report deviations or delays to the senior team/client.
7. Billing and Payment Certification:
Assist in processing interim and final bills from contractors.
Conduct measurement checks and verify work done.
Certify payment for release by client.
Qualifications Skills Required:
Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in DPR, government repair works, or PMC services.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Cost Estimation Tools.
Understanding of government tendering norms and PWD/CPWD specifications.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Strong ethical approach to technical and financial scrutiny.
Desirable Qualities:
Experience with public sector repair projects
Familiarity with GEM/e-procurement platforms.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to technical detailing.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: ₹11,801.24 - ₹46,155.40 per month
