A key part of this is the Indian Padel Tour (IPT) – our dynamic initiative that's bringing thrilling padel events and tournaments to both Indian and international stages. Now, we need a Sponsorship Partnerships Manager to connect the IPT with fantastic brands and elevate the entire Padel experience!

What’s the Role? You'll be at the heart of the action, forging strategic partnerships and securing sponsorships that fuel the Indian Padel Tour's growth and success. You'll be working closely with the IPT team to create exciting opportunities for brands to connect with our passionate audience and the electrifying world of competitive Padel. If you're a deal-maker with a passion for sports and events, get ready to serve!

Here is what you will be diving into:
• PT Sponsorship Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy for the Indian Padel Tour's events and tournaments.
• Sponsorship Prospecting: Identify and target relevant national and international brands that align with the IPT's values and audience.
• Compelling Proposals: Craft knockout sponsorship proposals and presentations.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Negotiation Ace: Lead negotiations to secure mutually beneficial sponsorship agreements that drive revenue and brand visibility.
• Partnership Activation: Collaborate closely with the IPT operations and marketing teams to ensure the seamless execution and activation of sponsorship deliverables at events.
• On-Site Engagement: Represent the IPT and engage with sponsors during tournaments.
• Market Intelligence: Stay on top of trends in sports sponsorships.
• Reporting Analysis: Track sponsorship performance, analyze ROI for partners, and provide regular reports to the IPT leadership.

What We Are Looking For:

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or partnership management, ideally within the sports events or tournament sector.

• Global Mindset: Experience or understanding of international sports sponsorships is a plus.
• Tech Proficient: Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
