Job Description
Job Summary:
Dexian is seeking a Project Coordinator - Event Management for an opportunity with a client located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Responsibilities:
• Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling, documentation, budgeting and communication
• Updates the project plan
• Assists in information collection and validations
• Facilitates collaborative documents and data stores
• Helps prepare status reports and presentations
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
• Hands-on experience with project management tools
• BSc in Business Administration or related field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
• Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, and Visio
• Project managing Medical Education events happening across the US
• Scheduling - Invites - Coordinating logistics - Invoicing - Digital systems support - Reporting - Collaborating across all team members - Strong attention to detail is a must
