Job Description
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Program Executive role based in New Delhi. The Program Executive will assist top management in coordinating day-to-day implementation of projects, including planning activities, managing timelines, and ensuring adherence to program objectives and budgets. This role will involve field visits, beneficiary engagement, data collection, and documentation of program activities and outcomes. The Program Executive will prepare reports for internal stakeholders and assist in monitoring and evaluation. The position also includes collaboration with implementing partners, government bodies, and community leaders to strengthen program delivery and visibility.
Qualifications
• Masters in Social Work / Rural Management from a premier institute (TISS, DSSW, IRMA)
• Proficiency in English & Hindi
• Strong program coordination and project management abilities, including planning, organizing, and tracking activities against defined milestones.
• Proficiency in documentation and reporting, with the ability to prepare clear narratives, presentations, and basic data summaries.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills to work with communities, partners, and internal teams in a respectful and inclusive manner.
• Comfort with fieldwork, community outreach, and on-ground problem solving in diverse social and cultural settings.
• Ability to work independently with integrity, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail under deadlines.
• Basic computer skills, including email, word processing, and spreadsheets; familiarity with monitoring and evaluation tools is a plus.
