We are looking for an experienced and proactive E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our presence across multiple online marketplaces and D2C channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations across platforms including Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, Snapdeal, AJIO, Tata CLiQ, LimeRoad, Nykaa, and other marketplaces.
Coordinate with respective account managers and platform teams to ensure smooth operations.
Plan and execute platform events, promotions, sales campaigns, and marketing activities.
Monitor product listings, inventory, pricing, catalog updates, and order fulfillment.
Build strong relationships with marketplace teams to maximize visibility, sales, and growth opportunities.
Track sales performance, analyze reports, and identify growth opportunities.
Resolve operational issues and ensure platform compliance.
Work closely with internal teams including inventory, logistics, marketing, and customer support.
Requirements:
Experience in managing multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with platform account managers and cross-functional teams.
Good understanding of marketplace operations, sales planning, catalog management, and online merchandising.
Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented.
