Role Description The Event Coordinator Intern will support the planning and execution of events, including assisting with concept development, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site arrangements. Day-to-day tasks may include preparing event documentation, maintaining timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and tracking budgets and resources under guidance. The intern will help with guest management, scheduling, and ensuring smooth event operations on the day of the event. This is an internship role that is on-site and located in Gurugram, requiring regular presence at the office and event venues.
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with attention to detail and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and vendors.
• Basic knowledge or interest in event planning, production, or hospitality, with a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email, and messaging platforms).
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, adapt to fast-paced environments, and support events during flexible hours when needed.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
