- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- For Professor:_
- Same qualifications as Associate Professor, with additional at least 2 year experience and accomplishments.
- Significant legal research contributions with publications (at least 10 publications in peer-reviewed journals).
- Demonstrated leadership and academic mentorship.
- Proven record in guiding a doctoral scholar
