We are seeking a talented and motivated Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sewani Construction in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our legal team, preparing legal documents, communicating with stakeholders, and providing administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate/land law and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive legal documents, maintaining precise records, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
• Prepare legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other relevant documents
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and vendors
• Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as needed
• Assist the legal team with tasks and projects, including research, drafting, and review
Requirements
• LAW and Legal Document Preparation skills, with a strong understanding of legal concepts and principles
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in a legal or construction environment is a plus, but not required
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
• Proficient in MS Office and legal software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Associate's degree in Legal Studies or related field, with a strong academic record
