With a strong D2C presence, 2 offline stores, and a rapidly growing omnichannel footprint, we are now looking for a strategic marketing leader to own the brand's entire marketing engine.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our stitching and finishing departments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in women's ethnic apparel production, strong team management skills, and the ability to ensure timely delivery without compromising on quality.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the stitching and finishing teams.
Allocate work efficiently based on production plans and delivery schedules.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining high quality standards.
Monitor stitching quality, garment measurements, fit, finishing, and packing to minimize rework.
Coordinate with pattern masters, cutting, sampling, quality control, and merchandising teams for smooth production flow.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency.
Train and guide tailors, helpers, finishing staff, and line leaders to improve productivity and workmanship.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and workforce allocation on the production floor.
Conduct regular quality inspections during production to reduce defects and wastage.
Ensure proper machine utilization and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs.
Monitor production reports, line efficiency, daily output, and pending orders.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and housekeeping practices.
Support new style development by identifying production feasibility and suggesting construction improvements.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of garment construction, stitching techniques, and finishing processes.
Experience managing production lines for women's ethnic wear such as kurtis, suits, sarees, co-ord sets, dresses, and plus-size garments is highly preferred.
Ability to read tech packs, measurement charts, and production specifications.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Good problem-solving ability and decision-making under production pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel and production reporting).
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor, Line Supervisor, or Production In-charge in the garment industry.
Experience in women's ethnic apparel manufacturing is mandatory.
Diploma or Degree in Fashion Technology, Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
