Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Operational Control: Oversee assigned production shift to ensure smooth workflow, meeting daily targets, and following SOPs.
• Team Supervision: Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance, providing guidance and resolving issues.
• Quality & Safety: Conduct basic quality checks, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain cleanliness/5S standards.
• Reporting & Documentation: Submit accurate daily shift reports on production, manpower usage, and safety incidents.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Monitor machine usage and escalate equipment issues to senior management or technical support.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Shift production output vs. target.
• Zero safety incidents or timely reporting of near misses.
• Quality compliance rate.
• Reduced downtime/efficiency improvements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
