Where You’ll Make a Difference
Reporting to the Shift Manager, your responsibilities will depend on your role and include:
Quality control testing & equipment calibration
Operating process equipment
Automated packing machines, along with general packing duties.
Forklift operation
Loading and mixing of Ingredients
Some computer work for label generation
What Makes You the Right Fit
Previous experience/exposure in a food environment
Successfully worked in an effective team
Pays close attention to detail
High level of numeracy and literacy
Mechanical aptitude to operate processing equipment
How Would You Stand Out?
Attention to detail, with clear and accurate documentation
Team player
Smart, physically fit, enthusiastic and a “can do” attitude
Ambition and the potential to develop within the business
Previous food manufacturing experience in a plant-based environment will advantage your application over others.

The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredient business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners.
