Production Operative Late shift

Job description
Production Operative, £2+286 per annum, 37 hours per week, great benefits, Monday to Friday 2pm – 10:10pm, Permanent, near South Petherton.

We have a great opportunity for an experience Production Operative to join one of the region’s leading employers. The role of a Production Operative is very much a hands on role and you will need to be a team player ready to get stuck in. Your role will include:
• To ensure that all products are made to the highest standard and meet required specifications
• To accurately read and understand manufacturing instructions, and use the in-house IT system.
• Ensure that production lines run with to capacity and quality standards.
• To take appropriate action to correct faults and identify issues.

As an experienced Production Operative you will bring your knowledge and experience of working in a busy production environment, but you will need to have:
• Excellent IT skills (MS Packages)
• Previous manufacturing or Production experience
• Be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
• An interest in machinery and how to fix it.
