Job Description
Manage production teams, ensuring efficient delivery of finished goods in accordance with demand and production plans.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements whilst maintaining high-quality standards.
Oversee plant and equipment operation, including maintenance, repairs, and safety preparations for external servicing.
Manage inventory, including raw material weighing, FIFO picking, and accurate record-keeping.
Supervise product labelling, packaging, and quality control processes, including sample collection and yield calculations.
Engage and organise contractors for specialist services and breakdown situations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in safety, health, environment, quality, and productivity.
Perform additional duties as required by the Factory and Warehouse Supervisor, maintaining exemplary housekeeping standards.

Qualifications
Proven experience in production management with a strong WHS focus
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with teams
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Computer literacy and administrative competence
Hands-on management approach, treating people with respect
