Job Description
Oversee complete operations in stamping and fabrication, ensuring smooth production flow and target achievement.
· Lead operations in high-volume automobile manufacturing units, maintaining efficiency and output standards.
· Handle and supervise a large workforce of 60–70+ employees, ensuring effective manpower utilization and discipline.
· Plan, organize, and execute daily and monthly production schedules to meet delivery commitments in a high-volume setup.
· Ensure strict adherence to automotive quality standards, safety regulations, and process discipline.
· Monitor productivity, control downtime, and drive cost-reduction and waste-elimination initiatives.
· Coordinate with materials, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams for seamless production operations.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce rejection rates, and improve overall departmental performance.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant manufacturing environment as per company and statutory norms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹21,991.89 - ₹65,829.65 per month
