Detailed Job Description
• Ensure employees are on time, actively engaged, and conforming to established safety regulations.
• Adhere to all company policies, providing immediate performance feedback and resolving emergency situations as needed.
• Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to report on manufacturing/production, employee performance/conduct, and process flow.
• Verify accuracy of time and attendance records for assigned employees.
• Cultivate multiple responsibilities simultaneously and effectively manage interactions with people using a facilitative approach.
• Work closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure departmental goals are attained.

Required Qualifications
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in manufacturing operations.

Bonus Skills
• Proficiency in SAP, specifically in time and attendance, material transactions, and other related areas.
• High-level expertise in manufacturing/production operations, with proven ability to excel in leadership roles.
• Willingness to adapt to shift schedules.
