Qualification Must Food Technology

1 Collaborate with the NPD team to create new frozen food products and improve existing ones.

2 Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistent product quality and safety.

3 Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).

4 Conduct research to determine and extend the shelf life of frozen products.

5 Analyze and select ingredients that maintain quality during freezing, storage, and reheating.

6 Perform nutritional calculations and ensure accurate labeling of products.

7 Conduct and analyze sensory tests to ensure product acceptability.

8 Identify and resolve technical issues in production processes.

+ Ensure products meet all relevant food regulations and standards.

10 Work on improving formulations and processes to reduce costs without compromising quality.

11 Maintain detailed technical specifications, production protocols, and quality control records.

12 Work closely with production, quality control, and R&D teams.

13 Provide technical training to production staff on food technology aspects.

14 Consider and implement environmentally friendly practices in food processing.
