This is a 100% on-site role based at our office in HSR layout, Bangalore.
This role is a fit for those with 0 - 1 years of experience
This is a product operations role and one is expected to use technology tools, understand integrations, debug issues and support customers.
We work 6 days a week - 5 days a week in office WFH on Saturdays
Prior experience, internship, part time or college experience is a bonus
English Hindi fluency is a must
Immediate joiners are strongly preferred

About the role:
A product onboarding executive is responsible for onboarding training Superfone’s CRM, Whatsapp API and other capabilities after payment.
The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter with a technology bent of mind who understands tools and enjoys talking with customers to help them achieve their needs.
Job responsibilities:
● Understand Superfone’s product capabilities, integration possibilities limitations.
● Contact customers immediately after payment to guide them and train them how to use Superfone.
● Ask about their use case, workflow and map it to Superfone’s product capabilities
● Help them understand the product, answer their questions and suggest how our
product could help them
● Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM
● Demonstrate great customer service, communication skills ownership on tasks given.
Mandatory requirements:
● Should understand technology tools (how it works, setup, APIs and other)
● Should be able to speak English and Hindi fluently
● Excellent communications skills over video meetings follow up over email Whatsapp
● Good with basic software like Google Suite / Google Meet / MS Office etc
● Candidates should have an android smartphone. If you don't have one, you must buy one at your own expense when you join the company
What we offer:
● Annual CTC:
a. 3.0 lac during probation (3 months)
b. 4.2 lac + health insurance afterwards
● Best on-the-job training for operations, customer handling while learning about Software (SaaS)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
