Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and operations-driven professional who can bring visibility, structure, automation, and process discipline into the organization’s daily operational activities.

This is a strategic corporate office role focused on operational control, workflow optimization, reporting visibility, and AI-driven process improvement across departments including Purchase, Inventory, Production Planning, Coordination, and Reporting.

Currently, several operational activities are managed manually through Excel sheets, paper-based tracking, and scattered reporting systems. Management is looking for someone who can streamline workflows, automate repetitive processes, generate dashboards, and introduce AI-powered working methods into daily operations.

The ideal candidate should understand operations as well as modern AI and automation tools that can improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, decision-making, and process tracking.

The role requires strong ownership, logical thinking, confidence, and the ability to coordinate across departments while working closely with leadership.

Key Objectives of the Role

Bring operational visibility and process control across departments
Design structured workflows and reduce dependency on manual tracking
Introduce AI-driven systems, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms
Ensure operational data reflects actual ground reality
Improve coordination, accountability, and process discipline
Build scalable systems for inventory, production, and operational tracking
Support management with actionable operational insights and data clarity
Core Responsibilities

1. Operations & Workflow Management

Map and streamline workflows across Purchase, Inventory, Production, and Coordination functions
Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and suggest system or AI-powered solutions
Standardize reporting formats, trackers, and operational processes through technology and automation
2. AI & Process Automation

Utilize multiple AI tools and automation platforms to simplify operational processes
Develop AI-assisted dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems
Automate repetitive operational and reporting activities wherever possible
Explore and implement modern tools for workflow optimization and operational visibility
Support digital transformation initiatives within the organization
What We Are Looking For

Strong understanding of operations and workflow management
Exposure to manufacturing, industrial operations, or process-driven environments preferred
Knowledge of multiple AI tools and automation platforms
Ability to use AI for:
Reporting automation
Dashboard creation
Workflow optimization
Process tracking
Operational analysis
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
High ownership and execution-driven mindset
Ability to build systems and solutions.
Confident, structured, and mature professional approach
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
