About the Role
English Browne India Limited is looking for a highly motivated and professional HR Executive to support and strengthen our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and payroll coordination, HR operations, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR activities in a dynamic business environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Publish job openings across relevant job portals and social media platforms.
Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports.
Ensure timely closure of open positions across departments.
Employee Onboarding & HR Documentation
Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR-related documents.
Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and confidential records.
Payroll & Attendance Coordination
Coordinate monthly payroll processing by validating attendance, leaves, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Coordinate with the Accounts Department for accurate and timely salary processing.
Handle employee queries related to attendance, salary, and leave management.
Statutory Compliance
Assist in PF, ESIC, Labour Law, and other statutory compliance activities.
Maintain compliance records and employee documentation.
Support audits and statutory inspections as required.
Employee Relations & HR Operations
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related matters.
Support employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
Assist in performance appraisal and employee development processes.
Promote a positive and professional workplace culture.
HR Reporting & Administration
Generate HR MIS reports and workforce analytics.
Maintain HR databases and employee records.
Assist management with HR-related reporting and documentation.
Support day-to-day HR administrative activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
Required Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics, Distribution, or Retail industry will be preferred.
