Equipped with Products to Suit the requirements of all MSMEs through their Life Cycle Coupled with various Digital Initiatives, SBB is on Consistent Growth Path. With Customer base of Lacs + and book touching K Crores, SBB is increasing Business Share Within our Bank as well as Competition. With an eye to build a robust Customer Model and preferred Lending partner to 5 Lac MSMEs in their Journey, SBB is inviting applications from Individuals with an Eye for Innovation, Growth Mindset who share the mission to emerge as Digitally Enabled / Preferred MSME Partner. Working Capital Product Head Currently SBB Deals with Several products under working Capital Viz Digital STP QOD, Regular OD Drop Line OD, Cash Credit, Term Loans, Merchant Cash Advance, Non Fund Based Products, and Loans for SEP Key Deliverables Responsible for the Product Innovation Life Cycle Management of WC Products Managing a WC book of about K Crore (FY Exit) being responsible for the PL Strategize to Commercialize, monitor bottom line and set Controls for Robust Outcomes Be a Strong line of Support for the Front end team Handling Role with an opportunity to create Road map for future growth. Collaborate with Stake holders to augment existing Product, Policy Process Be a part of the Digital transformation Journeys drive the outcomes Budgeting Constant review of goals in sync with Sales teams to deliver the goals. Ensure Compliance to all Governing regulations. Risk Management monitoring of the book to ensure responsible Lending Monitor the RAROC Yield closely, Take necessary steps proactively. Read more
