Job Description
Position Requirements:
• The candidate should be Graduate
• The candidate should have at least 1 Year of experience as a Process Trainer in BPO
• TTT Certified ( If Possible )
• The candidate should have excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities (Summary):
• Conduct process training for new hires and existing employees
• Develop training materials and assessments
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback
• Collaborate with QA and Ops for continuous improvement
• Conducting Employee Engagement Activities
• Contribution to the overall organization's growth
