Fulltime, permanent role - Monday to Friday
Candidates must be based in Queenstown for in-person meetings with clients
Base + 10% Superannuation banking benefits
Mō te Tūranga – About the role
In this role you will take ownership of a portfolio of high-net-worth clients ensuring you are delivering a professional and exemplary level of service to them. You will be responsible for working with your own Senior Associate, or Associate Banker, fostering an operating rhythm that ensures you are supporting each other to consistently proactively ensure the aspirations of your clients are always front of mind.
You will be an experienced lender ready to assist your clients with home loan and other borrowing requests. You will understand the full suite of banking products and services that assist our clients in meeting their day-to-day banking requirements. You will have a passion for understanding your client's financial aspirations and will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to work towards achieving those goals.

5+ years’ experience in the banking or finance industry (preferably lending based) that required customer interaction and meeting customer needs
A relevant tertiary qualification preferred
Ability to interpret and translate technical material Including financial statements
A customer centric attitude
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills as well as networking abilities both internally and externally
