Principal Web Engineer (Angular)

Job description
You will lead large-scale application development and platform modernization efforts for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
• Lead digital transformation journeys and platform modernization for enterprise-scale clients.
• Migrate and transform legacy applications into modern web applications.
• Build and maintain reusable component libraries for large enterprise environments.
• Lead engineering teams and manage consulting practices.
• Implement complex unit and integration testing suites to ensure application stability.
Required Skills
• 12+ years of application development and platform modernization experience.
• 10+ years of consulting experience with enterprise clients.
• 8+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Expertise in Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency with React.js and Redux.
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and Sass.
• Experience with Node.js, Java, and RESTful services.
• Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Deep understanding of browser performance, GraphQL, and server-side rendering.
Preferred Skills
• 2+ years of experience managing a consulting practice.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
