Here at Atlassian we're growing our footprint. We are looking for a Principal Recruiter to join our India R&D Recruiting team and be part of the journey!
You'll have responsibility for all parts of the recruitment lifecycle, including driving candidate pipelines, branding the company as an employer of choice and guiding hiring manager relationships. You are someone who thrives in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment and enjoy sourcing, engaging and hiring the best talent in the market. You are someone who isn't happy doing things the way they've always been done, but instead promotes innovation, and uses experience to drive programs of work to produce results
What You'll Do
• Be a partner to senior hiring leaders and support them hire best in class talent in technology.
• Partner with other Recruiters and Recruiting Leaders to bring a holistic hiring picture to the leaders you support.
• Influence recruitment strategy by using market data and other metrics to create a narrative and educate hiring leaders on best practices, process and opportunity areas.
• Identify opportunity areas and create scalable solutions that will improve the broader Recruiting team. This will be achieved with the right level of collaboration and reporting rituals to TA leadership and cross functional teams.
• Contribute/lead programs that help us drive innovations in our recruiting organisation.
Qualifications
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
• At least 8 years of experience as a technology recruiter. This should include at least 5 years of experience hiring for global software organisation as a in-house recruiter.
• Excellent communication skills which help you collaborate seamlessly across functions.
• Corporate recruiting experience within the technology sector.
• A background in the software industry and a strong understanding of the competitive landscape today for software recruiting in India.
• The ability to manage large candidate pipelines across crafts while maintaining a high-quality experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across various functions through complex sourcing and hiring processes.
• You have a consultative approach with hiring manager communities, with an appetite for influencing win/win outcomes through data, market insights, and creative ideas.
