Key Responsibilities:
• Manage change initiatives for business functions and oversee platform governance.
• Lead cross-functional teams within IT and business functions to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
• Enhance the platform's efficiency, security, and scalability by managing AML and Sanctions applications.
• Perform stakeholder management, project escalation, and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Maintain data confidentiality and contribute to the yearly IT Roadmap.
• Ensure alignment between delivery and business demand by working closely with business representatives.
• Promote strategic vendor partnerships and align vendor product/industry roadmaps with business strategies to drive growth.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in delivering changes across compliance domains (AML and Sanctions).
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or Finance.
• Solid understanding of general banking and business principles is essential.
• Familiarity with current regulatory topics, responsibilities, and backend systems is highly preferred.
• Experience in implementation methodologies, capacity planning, vendor management, and delivery management using cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Fircosoft products and AML solutions like Fiserv is an added advantage.
• Strong experience in integrating compliance platforms with various banking systems would be preferred.
• Excellent hands-on experience in driving change initiatives in an agile manner is preferred.
