• Instruction & Curriculum: Develop and deliver engaging lessons in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies, focusing on foundational concepts.
• Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment, enforcing rules and managing student behavior.
• Student Assessment: Use varied methods (tests, observation, assignments) to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, and progress, providing feedback and support.
• Communication: Regularly communicate with parents, principals, and colleagues about student performance, behavior, and needs.
