We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food Beverage Manager to join our team in Mysuru, India. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality standards across all outlets.
• Lead and manage a team of approximately 60 colleagues across various FB outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth collaboration between different FB departments
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards
• Conduct regular staff training and development programs to improve service quality and efficiency
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all FB areas
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop innovative FB concepts and promotions
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create and update menus that align with customer preferences and market demands
• Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction
• Participate in management meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the organization

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a similarly sized FB operation
• Strong understanding of the commercial aspects of managing FB operations
• Demonstrated ability to switch seamlessly between different outlets (bar, restaurant, kitchen, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulationsStrong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Proficiency in inventory management and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
