Job Title: Manager Presales - AI & Analytics
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Presales to lead our pre-sales efforts in the AI & Analytics vertical. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, data analytics, and cybersecurity technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive sales strategies. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute pre-sales strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring alignment with sales teams and customer needs.
Solution Design & Delivery: Lead the design and delivery of complex AI and analytics solutions, integrating cybersecurity capabilities to address customer challenges.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, IT decision-makers, and technical teams to understand their AI and analytics needs and provide tailored solutions.
Technical Expertise: Stay updated on emerging AI, analytics, and cybersecurity technologies, trends, and regulatory frameworks to position our solutions effectively in the market.
Team Management: Mentor and guide a team of presales consultants to enhance their technical expertise and sales acumen.
Proposal Development: Assist in preparing high-quality proposals, quotations, and technical documentation to support sales efforts.
Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our brand and solutions.
Requirements
Education: MBA from a reputable institution.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in AI, analytics, or cybersecurity pre-sales, with a proven track record of success.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cybersecurity concepts, including threat detection, incident response, and compliance.
Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud security, network security, AI, ML and data analytics technologies.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members.
