Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with experience in one or more of the following industries: Real Estate, Luxury Cars, Insurance, Investment Banking, or ED-Tech. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, - where you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Present product/service offerings to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
• Prepare daily reports and updates for management, summarizing sales activities, progress, and outcomes.
• Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, processes, and performance to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in one or more of the following industries: real estate, luxury cars, insurance, investment banking, or ed tech.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google workspace and CRM software.
