Primary Responsibilities
The Prenatal Care Coordinator (PRNC) is responsible for maternal and women health coordination for optimal maternal and newborn health outcomes. The prenatal care coordinator will assist in coordinating maternity care, prenatal education initiatives, gynecological care coordination, addressing social determinants, linkage to resources, and hospital delivery coordination. This position will report to the Clinic Manager
Qualifications
Two-year experience in a administration/clinical setting and customer service.
CPSP experience, preferred.
Ability to convey a positive and professional image while maintaining contact with focus audience.
Self-motivated, flexible and a team player, must have the ability to work independently, yet know when to ask questions.
Must be well organized, have excellent phone/people skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks.
Must have strong computer skills and effective communication skills a plus, especially in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
Effective verbal and written communication skills; strong computer skills desirable.
Available to work an evening and Saturday.
Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
