With a focus on pre-construction, a team of experienced sales representatives, and a passion for establishing communities, 6H Realty is the one-stop shop for builders, developers, buyers, sellers, and investors.
We are seeking a Pre-Construction Site Agent (with a Real Estate License) to join our growing team! You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of the clients and customers. Please note this role may be located in Pickering, Ajax, Oshawa, Whitby, Peterborough, or Kawartha Lakes, Ontario, in a pre-construction sales office, as a site agent.
Responsibilities
Perform Comparative Market Analysis to determine a fair market value for the subject property or potential new development.
Get to know your customers and clients and look out for their best interests at all times.
Communicate and address any questions, concerns, or comments from an Agent, Client, customer, or prospect professionally and promptly within an acceptable timeframe.
Facilitate negotiation processes, consult Clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
When required, create promotional materials for the remaining lots.
When required, perform/attend openings, launches, and weekend events for any Brokerage listings/sites, even if it is not your community.
Agent may be required to assist in selling Pre-Construction sites or allocations provided to 6H Realty Inc.
Qualifications
A valid real estate license is a MUST
Experience dealing with pre-construction property
Prior Resale Real Estate experience (would be an asset, but not required)
Knowledge of Sales systems would be considered an asset, like SaleFISH, DocuSign, AUTHENTISIGN, WebForms, SkyForms
Organized and skilled in time management
Excellent communication and social skills
Familiarity with the GTA and surrounding areas market conditions and current real estate trends
A full and valid Driver’s License with access to a vehicle is a MUST
Residing in the Eastern part of the GTAA is a preferred
