THE CHALLENGES THAT AWAIT YOU
Collège Lionel-Groulx is looking for a committed, rigorous and collaborative communications consultant who enjoys working with people and who has a real desire to contribute and surpass himself or herself on a daily basis.
In this role, you will be called upon to design and implement communication strategies aimed at supporting institutional orientations, in order to better inform students, staff, parents, partners, various clienteles and the public by using various modes of communication to this end.
More specifically, the person assumes the following responsibilities:
Develop strategies to increase contact with future students and high schools, as well as their understanding of our program map.
Organize activities and events that take place at the College, as well as in local high schools.
Assume an advisory role in communication and marketing, particularly with regard to the student pathway, from promotion to graduation.
Contribute to the evolution of institutional communications by developing innovative tools and projects for external audiences, including the College's website and a graduate program.
Produce and implement communication plans and evaluate the results of the communication strategies and means used.

Comfortable working in a collaborative work environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Undergraduate degree in an appropriate field of specialization, including communications or marketing.
Five years' experience in a similar role is a significant asset.
Superior command of the French language, both oral and written, as well as writing skills. Tests with pass thresholds of 80% will be administered.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Salary range: $54,917 to $91,114 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The position requires sporadic availability in the evening during events.
