Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support the Policy Dialogue and Public Diplomacy Facility - Australia, an EU-funded initiative.
???? Location: Canberra-based, part-time freelance with flexibility for remote and in-person work.
???? About the Role: Contribute to deepening EU-Australia relations by supporting dialogue, stakeholder engagement, and public diplomacy.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
Point of Contact
Project Financial Coordination
Project Implementation & Administration
Logistical Assistance for Events
???? Required Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent diploma.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in similar roles in Australia, preferably within international organizations or EU-funded projects.
Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and excellent organizational abilities.
