About the opportunity:
The PMO (Program Management Office) Assistant Coordinator will work closely with the PMO Lead to set, monitor, and report on current and future global program of Minor Capital Works delivered across a government portfolio.
Monitor and report on the performance of a global Minor Capital Works program
Review, track and trouble shoot data quality, working with regional teams to ensure accurate and timely metrics input
Apply program/project management frameworks and capital planning principles with data in business intelligence systems to improve reporting standards
Coordinate meetings, manage secretariat duties and a group inbox
Prepare performance reports for the PMO Lead and client, including monthly/quarterly reporting, KPI tracking and variations to the program
Support cross-functional teams as required
The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for a detail oriented data specialist with project management knowledge who adapts quickly in a global workplace. You'll need to combine analytical skills with strategic thinking while managing changing priorities.
MUST be an Australian Citizen
Have the ability to gain and maintain a Negative Vetting 2 Security Clearance
Strong data skills with ability to learn new systems quickly
Project management knowledge and proactive teamwork in fast paced settings
Organised with cultural awareness and excellent time management
Adaptable with understanding of government operations
Construction/property background with business systems experience and an eye for accuracy
