Job description
FinXL is on the lookout for a Junior Business Analyst - Transaction Reporting (2-4 years of work experience) to join our dynamic team and contribute to a global regulatory project at a leading banking client in the heart of Sydney CBD.

Responsibilities

Involved in delivering reform changes, strategic projects, and operational control improvements
Support root cause investigations, impact analysis, and requirements gathering, balancing multiple initiatives to meet deadlines
Support the design and implementation of compliant solutions, thriving in a fast-paced project delivery environment
Ensure the client's compliance with evolving regulatory requirements and operational risk management

Skills and experience

2-4 years' experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services sector is required, experienence with derivative products and their associated trade lifecycle events, along with proficiency in transaction regulatory reporting requirements is preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Possess the ability to effectively engage, collaborate, and communicate with both business and technical peers globally
Flexibility to adapt within dynamic environments, a strong sense of ownership to ensure deliverable completion, and proven experience in agile scrum teams, consistently meeting deadlines through clear and concise communication
