Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Repair leaks in pipes, taps, valves, and fittings.
• Install, repair, and replace sanitary fixtures such as toilets, wash basins, urinals, and sinks.
• Maintain water supply and drainage systems.
• Clear blocked drains, sewer lines, and floor traps.
• Repair and maintain water pumps, pipelines, and plumbing accessories.
• Check overhead and underground water tanks, pipelines, and water distribution systems.
• Respond promptly to plumbing breakdowns and emergency service calls.
• Identify plumbing faults and carry out corrective maintenance.
• Ensure proper functioning of flushing systems, faucets, and water heaters (where applicable).
• Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, and materials used.
• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance staff to complete assigned tasks.
• Report spare parts and material requirements for maintenance work.
• Keep the work area clean and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
