Experience:
2–5 Years preferably in Hospital or Healthcare Facility
Qualification:
ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or related trade
Knowledge of water supply systems, drainage, and sanitary fittings
Job Summary:
The Plumber is responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of water supply lines, drainage systems, sanitary fittings, and plumbing equipment within the hospital premises to ensure uninterrupted services and hygiene standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain pipelines, valves, taps, wash basins, toilets, and sanitary fittings.
Attend plumbing complaints from wards, OT, ICU, laboratories, and other departments.
Ensure uninterrupted water supply throughout the hospital.
Check and maintain drainage and sewage systems regularly.
Identify leakages and carry out immediate rectification.
Maintain plumbing tools and equipment in proper condition.
Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for repairs.
Ensure compliance with hospital safety and infection control standards.
Maintain daily maintenance records and complaint registers.
Assist during emergency breakdowns and water supply issues.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of plumbing systems and maintenance
Basic understanding of pumps and water motors
Troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in shifts and emergencies
Good communication and teamwork
Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
