About the Role
The Maintenance Technician is a critical member of our production operations team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or related field
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
