We have an opening for a highly experienced candidate within the window or door industry who will be able to handle a fast paced environment for the position of Plant Manager. If you are a hands-on leader, mechanically and technically inclined and motivated to implement improvements to the company, this opportunity will suit you. Primary areas of responsibility include:

· To optimize, schedule, implement, and successfully manage daily production efficiency while meeting cost objectives and maintain profitability goals.

.Manage inventory control and insure constant supply chain daily.

· Capable to compile productivity reports.

· To manage and mentor, hire and train production workers at a high level of quality production.

· Evaluate employee performance and motivate in order to achieve maximum productivity output.

· Extensive Knowledge of the equipment and tooling used in this industry.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Must have experience in the manufacturing of custom assembly manufacturing within the window or door industry

· Leadership aptitude and the ability to motivate workers.

. Highly energetic with a great sense of urgency.

· Strong time management with great scheduling capabilities.

. Highly organized individual to manage a clean and safe floor environment.

· Proficient computer skills.

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years in a management role in the window and door manufacturing industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
