Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Placement Executive to join our team and connect our students with IT industries. As a Placement Executive, you will be responsible for identifying job opportunities for our students and ensuring their successful placement in IT industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify job opportunities for our students in the IT industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with IT industry employers to enhance our students' job prospects & other collaborative opportunities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students on job search techniques and interview skills.
• Collaborate with our team to enhance our placement program and offerings.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in IT industry recruitment and placement.
• Strong knowledge of IT industry trends and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with employers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
